RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused.
  • Original tags remain attached.
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • The product is not damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made jackets
  • Personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders

3. International Orders

No Returns or Exchanges

All international sales are final.

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and cross-border logistics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing information before ordering.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs
  • Unboxing video
  • Order number

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
