Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

3. Shipping Charges
India
- Free shipping on eligible orders.
- Additional charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
International
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT/GST
- Local taxes
where applicable.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
India
- Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
- Other Locations: 5–10 Business Days
International
- 7–20 Business Days depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive:
- Tracking number
- Shipping confirmation email
6. Failed Deliveries
Additional shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept package
7. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.
Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within 48 hours along with:
- Photos
- Unboxing video
- Order details
8. Lost Packages
If a shipment appears lost, customers should contact us promptly.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. International Orders
No Returns on International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for orders shipped outside India except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Government restrictions
